Note:  There are two “Jason’s Friends Foundations” if you do a search.  This one is local, located in Clark named after Jason Condit, a local boy diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma and the other is located in Wyoming named after Jason William Eades who passed in 1995 at the age of 9 from a brain stem tumor.  The two Foundations are not related.
