As with Ofc Ramos, I anticipate an exceptionally large turnout from the Law Enforcement community. The funeral is scheduled for 11:00 am, but I’m anticipating the outside staging to begin much earlier. Our muster point for this ride will be the Union Plaza Diner on US-22 at Springfield “Rd” in Union; KSU @ 8:30 am. We will then ride to meet NY-7 in Staten Island.
